Oven Baked Onion Rings
(Dr. Oz)
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. fiber cereal
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. oldbay spice (optional)
Slice onion into rings. Finely chop the fiber cereal mixed with the spices. Dip onion in egg and then in cereal mixture.
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
1 serving=150 calories
